Buyer Questions & Answers

Product Identification & Quotations

Include the instrument name or known alias, complete SKU or catalogue reference when available, critical dimensions, working-end and handle configuration, quantity, destination market, and any required documents. If the exact item is uncertain, add a clear reference image or drawing. These details allow the request to be reviewed against a specific product and commercial scope.

Yes. A reference image, drawing, or catalogue number can be used as a starting point for identification. It does not by itself confirm that two instruments are identical. Include known dimensions, working features, quantity, and any acceptance criteria. The final product and supply scope are defined in the applicable quotation and agreed specification.

Open the request form as a general enquiry and describe the specialty, instrument family, intended requirement, quantities, and any reference files you have. When exact products are already identified, add them to the quote list for a product-backed quotation. The team can then review the request using the information supplied.

Availability, price, quantity, production or delivery estimates, and other commercial terms are confirmed for the applicable quotation or order. A website listing or enquiry is not an accepted order and should not be treated as a fixed availability or lead-time promise. Include the destination and required quantity when requesting current terms.

Sets, OEM & Documentation

State the specialty or procedure scope and list each instrument by name, SKU, or accepted reference with the quantity required in each set. Add dimensions, working-end or handle details, permitted equivalents, tray grouping, identification, packaging, and document requirements. The itemized list becomes the basis for review rather than assuming a universal set composition.

SurgiValley accepts OEM and private-label requirements for feasibility review. Provide the starting product or drawing, intended application and market, critical dimensions, requested material or finish, markings, packaging, quantities, acceptance criteria, and required evidence. Feasibility, responsibilities, approval stages, and commercial terms are confirmed for the individual project before an order is accepted.

Identify the exact product or set, intended destination market, and the technical, quality, regulatory, shipment, or commercial documents your organization needs. Document availability and applicability are confirmed for the quoted product and supply route. A general company statement or catalogue image should not be treated as proof for every device, market, or transaction.

Orders, Delivery & Claims

A website enquiry or quotation request is not an accepted order. An order becomes binding only when the applicable quotation, specification, payment terms, and other commercial documents are accepted through the agreed process. A requested change may require a revised quotation or written confirmation before it forms part of the order.

The available payment method, currency, payment schedule, and any purchasing-document requirements are confirmed in the applicable quotation, invoice, or order communication. Do not rely on a generic FAQ for transaction-specific payment terms. Include your organization type and purchasing requirements in the enquiry so the appropriate terms can be reviewed.

Delivery estimates, shipping responsibilities, destination details, and inspection requirements are confirmed for the order. Inspect the shipment against the order documents after delivery. If there is a shortage, transit issue, or apparent non-conformity, report it promptly with the order reference, affected product and quantity, and clear supporting evidence.

Contact SurgiValley before sending an item back. Provide the quotation or order reference, product code, quantity, reason for the request, and relevant photographs or documents. Do not return products without written instructions. Eligibility and the available resolution depend on the verified circumstances, product condition, applicable order terms, published Returns & Claims Policy, and mandatory law.
