Terms & Conditions
General terms and conditions
These general terms explain the framework used for quotations, orders and supply. Product-specific scope, price, quantity, delivery, documentation and payment terms are confirmed in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.
Quotations and orders
A website enquiry or quotation request is not an accepted order. An order becomes binding only when the applicable commercial documents are accepted through the agreed process. Any requested change may require a revised quotation or confirmation.
Product specification
The buyer should identify the product reference, intended market, required configuration, quantity and documentation. Images and general catalogue descriptions aid identification; the agreed specification and order documents define the supplied scope.
Delivery, inspection and claims
Delivery estimates and inspection requirements are confirmed for the order. The buyer should inspect the shipment and report a shortage, transit issue or apparent non-conformity promptly with the order reference and supporting evidence.
Returns, liability and mandatory rights
Return eligibility is governed by the applicable order terms, the Returns & Claims Policy and mandatory law. Nothing on this page excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
